Intermittent failures with Do Not Disturb feature

From June 9-10, 2025, some users experienced intermittent failures with the Do Not Disturb feature, where Do Not Disturb would appear to be enabled when it wasn't.

This issue has been mitigated and development work is underway to permanently prevent any recurrence.
