Incident Report for Evercast system status

On August 8, 2022 between 3:00 p.m. PDT and 4:00 p.m. PDT, some users were experiencing difficulty accessing their room, with a "pulsing E" or split room situation. We located a few Evercast rooms that were not communicating properly and terminated those rooms, after which all affected participants were then able to access their rooms without issue. Thank you for your patience while we worked towards a resolution, and we apologize for any interruptions this caused to your work.
