Incident Report for Evercast system status

On August 4, 2022 between 11:45 a.m. PDT and 12:45 p.m. PDT, some users were experiencing difficulty accessing their room, with a "pulsing E" or split room situation. We discovered a few Evercast rooms that were not communicating properly, and when we terminated those rooms, all affected participants were then able to access their rooms without issue. This incident affected a small percentage of our users.
