Occasional brief connection glitches and inaccurate room counts
Resolved - We have deployed a fix for the connection glitches and that issue is now resolved. Some users are still seeing an incorrect number in their room participant counter; that issue will be corrected during our system maintenance window this Sunday (Dec 21, 2025).

Identified - We have a known issue causing brief glitches or blips in connection on December 17 and today. Also related to this, participant counts may be showing incorrectly in the room and in Admin Portal. We have identified the issue and the fix will be deployed shortly.
